ATTENTION : To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must have all original cards and the price sticker intact.  And it must have never been worn.


Our policy for returns 14 DAYS. If it has been more than 14 days since you received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we will ask you to fill out a returns form.  A copy of this form is here : FORM

If you need to exchange an item for a DIFFERENT SIZE, please call our store +7 931 263 3031.  Or send us a message here : CONTACT.  One of our consultants will guide you through the process.  Please indicate which item you are returning, and what item you would like to exchange it for.  Please also state the reason for the exchange.

If you need to exchange for a DIFFERENT ITEM, you will need complete a return.  Please follow the instructions fro returns above.


We will replace items if they are defective. Our policy for defective items is 3 months.  To replace defective items please write to us here : CONTACT.  You will be be asked to send us photos of the defect.  


Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, the funds will be returned to your credit card (or the original method of payment), within 3-5 days.


You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please tell us the tracking Nr. once you have sent it. If you are in Saint-Petersburg, you are welcome to deliver the faulty item to us here : STORES
