We recycle to reduce waste.
The idea of throwing cutting waste away out of the question, therefore in these products materials are collected and recycled and used in new T-shirts, bags and sweatshirts. Chips from broken down PET bottles processed into recycled polyester threads, that are also woven into textile. These polyester threads are cushioned between 2 layers of organic cotton - and where possible, recycled organic cotton - meaning the polyester NEVER sits against the skin.
Rethink - Reuse - Recreate
Every year, an estimated 92 million tons of textile waste are generated globally, and over 4 million tons end up in landfill. Our cutting waste is collected and transported to a spinning mill where it is finely shredded before being blended with virgin organic cotton. These fibres are twisted and spun into new yarn. This yarn is then knitted to create the fabric we use for the recycled styles. Between 7-14 PET bottles are recycled into one item of clothing!
